Bio

Born in Missouri and raised in Colorado, Lindy grew up with an intrinsic gift for storytelling and spent her youth writing essays, poetry, and the occasional short story (read: fanfiction). Drawn to documenting the complexity of the human experience, she continued to write as a hobby throughout her adult life and in the Fall of 2021, following a drastic shift in her career, she decided to start her own ghostwriting business, Compel-Ink.

Fueled by this new desire to change her weight, change her life, and build a lifelong career, what began as a single project documenting her weight loss journey bloomed into a legitimate business and less than six months later, she had already landed two ghostwriting contracts. Her ability to craft compelling narratives had begun catching the attention of others and so, slowly but surely, she continued networking, honing her craft, and creating content that captivated readers.

Lindy currently lives in Northern Colorado with her partner, their dog, and a growing collection of house plants. She spends her downtime pursuing the finer things in life - namely video games, Star Trek marathons, and the occasional performance with the local concert band ensemble (#OboesRule). Lindy loves to read, spend time with her friends and loved ones, and drink a good cup of coffee.
